These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and CloudGuardRails (UEN: 53516530K), the operator of NORTHSTAR.AI.

You agree to:

• Use NORTHSTAR.AI only for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Not upload content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

Your use of NORTHSTAR.AI involves the processing of personal data. Our Privacy Policy, available at northstar.nshub.app/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

As a business customer, you are the data controller for your employees' personal data processed through the platform. A Data Processing Agreement is available upon request at dpo@nshub.app.

NORTHSTAR.AI uses third-party AI providers including Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and OpenAI (GPT) to power platform features. By using AI features, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers on servers outside Singapore.

NORTHSTAR.AI is provided on an "as is" basis. CloudGuardRails makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose. CloudGuardRails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
